We discuss the resistance of thin superconducting films of amorphous niobium-germanium below the BCS thermodynamic transition temperature as determined by measurements of the heat capacity. This resistance is shown to be consistent with a model in which the dissociation of thermally excited vortex pairs gives rise to a flux flow resistivity. The magnetic field dependence of the resistance has been investigated though only qualitatively.en_US
