Beginning in 1976, this lecture series was created in honor of William A. Reedy ( -d. 1975,) who was responsible for the journal "Applied Photography" published by the Eastman Kodak Company. The series is sponsored by the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY and the Eastman Kodak Company.
