dc.description.abstract | Thomas Warfield, a faculty member in the Cultural and Creative Studies Department at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), recently received the Jennifer Patterson Koon Peacemaking Foundation Award at St. John Fisher College. The annual award, named in memory of Koon, who was murdered in 1993, recognizes community members for their dedication toward building a peaceful community and helping others. | en_US |
