new director of Substance an d Alcohol Intervention Services for the Deaf (SAISD). Rubin is a graduate of RI T's social work program
and has worked in the field of addiction for more than 2 0 years. He completed his graduate studies at SUNY Buffalo and served as
direct or of the East House prior to his recent appointment. Rubin is actively involve d in a number of professional organizations in
