dc.description.abstract | A novel wavelength division multiplexing/demultiplexing (WDM) system using acousto-optic Bragg cell is presented. The system is adaptable for any wavelength deviation of light sources caused by temperature changes and allows changing the operating wavelengths over a wide range. High diffraction efficiency, high resolution, and a large number of channels are obtained. Computer simulation for a five-channel system in the 0.8-m region is presented. | en_US |
